2021.10.24 13:08 jkca1 Who has incorporated Fruit, Rice and Pasta etc into their Keto diet plan?

I know if you have the above you are not "really" doing Keto. I can live with that. I like most of what Keto does for me in managing my weight but I miss the above and real ice cream too, and I know many of you do too. Do you have a cheat day? Have them as small portions? Go back to strict Keto when your numbers start to rise?

2021.10.24 13:08 heyidontreallyknow To anyone still having syncing issues.

If you're still having syncing issues with the mobile app, delete the app and recover your wallet with your seed.
I was having problems with my wallet syncing for the past 6 days. I tried recovering my wallet twice on separate days, and clearing my cache 1000 timestamp to no avail. Just recovered it a third time right now and everything is working again.
Good luck!

2021.10.24 13:08 atmaca35 Altera • Metadata free VPN + Cloud infrastructure provider.

AEN (short for Altera) will be a native blockchain able to communicate with heterogeneous networks build on the same tender-mint infrastructure.
Functioning as a permissioned blockchain only a specific set of validators will be able to commit a block to the blockchain making. The consensus thereby creates untraceable and unlinkable electronic transactions; transactions incapable of being traced on block explores and unlinkable to both virtual as physical identities.
This makes the AEN network able to truly create a metadata-free network environment. Most cloud providers use your metadata as their main income form, aen will solve this problem with the use of a crypto-based solution.
Using web3 crypto wallets such as metamask users will be able to connect to web applications built on the network. A single node able to connect to an interface capable of hosting countless nodes side by side
The linking will take place using a private/public key approach known form Secured Shell/SSH. When linked the decentralized applications will be able to create, host, and secure hostings such as blockchains or other similar web applications. All At the cost of crypto valuta.
